East London Fine Art Society Annual Exhibition

The East London Fine Art Society will be opening their Annual Exhibition in the main gallery of the Ann Bryant on Saturday 30 November 2024 at 14h00 in the Afternoon. All are welcome.

CALL FOR ENTRIES

Entries are invited from artists.

A maximum of six artworks per artist are allowed and there are no restrictions on the size, theme or media. Entries must be submitted on or before Monday 25th November 2024 at the Ann Bryant Art Gallery. 

The Exhibition will open on Saturday 30th November 2024 at 14h00 in the afternoon 

Exhibition concludes Monday 9 December 2024.

Entry fee is R15.00 per artwork for non-members and R5.00 per artwork for members. Entry forms are available at the gallery or can be downloaded from the Ann Bryant Art Gallery website on www.annbryant.co.za

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Conditions of entry:

• A commission of 20% shall be deducted from the total sale price.

• E.L.F.A.S. And/or the Ann Bryant reserves the right to alter the dates of the exhibition.

• The exhibition is open to all original works.

• All works must be signed and full particulars, title and artists name must be clearly and legibly written on the back.

• All works must be delivered to the Ann Bryant Art Gallery at the cost of the exhibitor.

• Exhibitors are limited to a maximum of six works per entrant for the Anything but Paint, the Peep Show and the Annual Exhibition.

• All works are submitted subject to the approval of the E.L.F.A.S. Selection committee whose decision is final.

• The owners must collect all works on the day after the close of the exhibition.

• E.L.F.A.S. and/or the Ann Bryant Art Gallery are not responsible for insurance of any work, loss, theft or damage.

• All works must be ready to be exhibited.

• The works are exhibited at the owners risk.
